At the Unfolding Rose, we make every effort to deliver digital products to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s how our shipping and delivery works.
At theunfoldingrose.com, all our products are digital and available for download or transfer only. No physical products will be shipped.
Your purchase is available to download when payment is confirmed. After checkout and payment, you will be given an opportunity to download your file(s). Additionally, the download link(s) for your product(s) will be emailed to the address used during the checkout process.
Please be aware that for security reasons, all digital downloads are tracked in terms of the download location (IP Address) and the download time. The download link(s) will expire after 14 days from the date of purchase or after 2 attempts, whichever occurs first.
After downloading the file, you are responsible for keeping it safe.
After purchasing the template, you will receive an email from Wix within 24 hours that contains a transfer request. All you need to do is click “Accept Transfer,” and the new Wix template will be transferred to your Wix account instantly!
